Refund & Cancellation Policy (RIA) 

 

At Vansh Capital Private Limited (RIA), a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, compliance, and client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

  1. Nature of Services

Our services are primarily fee-based financial advice and portfolio recommendations, which are personalized, research-driven, and delivered after detailed risk profiling and client consent. Once delivered, these services are deemed to be consumed and are non-reversible.

  1. No Refund After Service Delivery

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the investment advisory service (including risk profiling, model portfolio allocation, or any part of the advisory report) has already been delivered, accessed, or communicated.
  • If the client fails to act upon or disagrees with the advice post-delivery, or experiences gains/losses based on market fluctuations.
  • If the service period has already commenced as per the agreed start date.
  1. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under exceptional circumstances only if:

  • In case of premature termination of the Investment Adviser services by the client or the Investment Advisor:
    • The client shall be entitled to seek refund of proportionate fees only for the unexpired period.
    • The Investment Advisor is entitled to retain a maximum breakage fee of not greater than one-quarter of the total fee.
  • The client is found to be ineligible to receive advisory services due to non-compliance with SEBI KYC or onboarding requirements.

All valid refund requests must be submitted in writing to vanshcapitaladvisors.com along with supporting documentation, within 7 days of the transaction.

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

  1. Non-Transferable

Fees paid for our investment advisory services are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shifted to another individual or service plan.
